Working alongside poet and musician David Balfe (For Those I Love) and director Sam Davis, Kev supervised the VFX pipeline for Birthday / The Pain, which merges deeply personal lyrics with a visually surreal portrayal of memory and loss. By capturing tens of thousands of photographs and stitching them into large-scale 3D models through photogrammetry, the team introduced a fractured dreamscape that reflects the track’s intense emotional undercurrents. The result is a haunting ode to the past—seamlessly blending raw urban textures, euphoria, and grief into a singular cinematic narrative.
